ADS-Tune is a Windows-based application that provides piano tuners with an easy way to schedule and bill for their services. This could be used by other service personnel as well, which must schedule travel to various sites, perform a service, record the service provided, and bill the customer.
The way this works typically is that someone with access to the computer takes phone calls, looks up the customer in the database, records the service or estimate desired, records the directions to the customer's site if not already in the database, and schedules the appointment.
Each morning the service person receives two sheets for each appointment with the service or estimate desired, the directions to the customer's site, an area for the service person to write in the service performed and the charges. The customer pays the service person and keeps one sheet as a receipt. The other sheet is taken back and entered into the computer for accounts receivable and accounting purposes.
